Order Delivery Necessary Paradigms.Food partner need to confirm order before dispatch through chat, on order status change like ready, dispatched, update MND and customer as well. Must need to get payment once order is packed and share picture with customer, charge money and then dispatch to 3rd party riders. for MND riders, once order is packed and handled over to MND rider, its considered order completed on food partner side. Dispatched information must need to share with customer as well as make part of reference as proof. Food partner need to deliver quality food as commited, if quality is compromised, declared by dispute resolution committee, food partner will be responsible for this liability.

Data Usage Statement.Hot Meal N Dealz collects and processes non-personally identifiable information from users, including name, username, email, profile avatar, and contact details. This information is used for internal purposes such as customer service and communication, and is not sold to third parties.
